WET in Vegas

There are perhaps no fountains more famous than their work at the Bellagio, where streams of water spout high into the air to Frank Sinatra tunes. But when WET got tapped for CityCenter, its CEO Mark Fuller wanted to do something that would test their creative limits. Graphic Designers’ Role

- Quote Today -

Designers today stand on the brink of being seen by society as essential contributors to its health, safety, and welfare. If you—together with the other design professions—decide to examine the materials and processes endemic to your work, as well as demand that these materials and processes become environmentally safe, you will be the heroes of the 21st Century.”

The best aide in my opinion is not charity. Charity is needed when there is a disaster or emergency relief, but to build a nation you need to build jobs and people need to see that a job gives our friends in Africa what they really need--a sustainable income so that they can stand on their own two feet
