Simple Jack

Think like a child, full of innocence and dreams.

One must always start solving a problem with a positive mind set. Believe you can do it and very likely you will. And even if you don't, it won't be for lack of trying.

Obsess for success and you'll complete the journey because you've decided to win, right from the start.

Effective leaders facilitate their people to perform, love and accept them as good people and trust them to deliver good performance.

Try these new 5Cs --- commitment, compassion, creativity, courage and cohesion. Volunteering is one of the most fulfilling and spiritually rewarding things we can do.

Buy all that you eed and little of what you want.

Treasure the relationships with people. Ultimately, it's about love, trust and safety. Nobody listens to someone they cannot trust.

We all make mistakes --- everyday. So does every organization. Mistakes is part of learning and experimentation. Having zero mistakes may mean zero innovation.

One who never make mistakes the whole year round probably never learns anything, or hardly takes risks, or is simply good at covering up his faults!

Taking full ownership and commitment of a venture is the guarantee of success.

Love every moment, treasure all relationships, enjoy all the experiences, be kind to yourself, and achieve all these by being as simple as you can be.
